Beth Stead Memorial Fund for Literacy

Tax deductible
Beth Stead was my sister, and she passed away suddenly in 2021, a little over a year ago. I thought about how I could best keep Beth's memory alive, and I began to think of her love of books, reading and the Bucks County Free Library. She was an avid reader and a longtime member of the book group to which we both belonged. As part of her work life, Beth saw firsthand the vital work being done to teach and promote literacy to young children.

This year, as the holidays approach, I have decided to create a place where those who love Beth and remember her can help keep her memory alive and honor her commitment to literacy. I invite you to join me in honoring Beth's memory by donating what you can. Donations of any size are greatly appreciated. Proceeds (after GoFundMe's fee of about 2.5%) go directly and entirely to the Bucks County Free Library.

Your donation of any amount will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for contributing to this cause, which means so much to me.
