Bethany Lovito Memorial Fund for Cameron Gunter
On the morning of March 3rd, I was awoken by a phone call with the most devastating news possible. My oldest sister, Bethany Lovito had suddenly passed away from severe heart damage. Though she hid it very well, Bethany suffered from lupus and high blood pressure most of her life. If you knew her, you know she always had a smile on her face because she loved her life by the beach with her son, Cameron. For the past few years, she has been working hard and raising her autistic son on her own. Cameron will remain in Bethany’s favorite beach town with his father who recently came back into both of their lives and is responsible for all of those smiling pictures we’ve seen the past few months.
A memorial will be held in CT in the near future, and in lieu of flowers, we ask that you considering donating to a fund for Cameron in memory of Bethany. The fund will be used to support Cameron and his needs pertaining to his programs and keeping his familiar caretakers in his routine. We also hope to keep Bethany’s spirit and memory with him by continuing his horse back riding lessons which they loved to do together, as well as their other activities, like trips to the zoo and aquarium.
