Team Bethany: A Road To Recovery

Hello everyone! We are a team of Bethany’s friends (her Texas family) raising money for Bethany & her family as she fights to recover from a tragic accident.
Our friend Bethany is a beautiful, young and social 32 year old living in Dallas, TX. Bethany, fearing nothing, has a lively spirit that guides her anywhere. Bethany grew up in Michigan and in 2012 after graduating from Alma College, she decided to embrace the adventure life had waiting for her in Dallas, TX. She currently holds two jobs, as a Surgical Coordinator at the Center for Foot & Ankle Restoration and a weekend Server at Hero in American Airlines Center. Bethany dearly loves her family, friends and her two pets, Razzle (dog) and Fergie (cat). Anyone who encounters Bethany knows it is hard to resist her tender hearted personality and the charisma she carries with her everywhere.
On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, Bethany was involved in a serious head-on collision and was taken by ambulance to Parkland ER in Dallas, TX where she currently remains in ICU with multiple fractures involving her face, wrist, ribs, and fingers as well as a dislocated hip and traumatic brain injuries.
The nature of Bethany’s brain injuries do not provide us with a definitive timeline of her healing progress and her recovery could be a marathon. Bethany is from Michigan and her immediate family continues to reside there. We are asking for donations to help Bethany’s family with their travel expenses as well as Bethany’s medical, utility and continuing care for her beloved animals. As Bethany makes strides toward her recovery, we want her to focus solely on rehabilitation and motivate her without any distractions. Bethany is strong and fighting! We look forward to having our beloved friend with her contagious, bubbly personality among us once again.
A note from the family: Additionally, we ask most of all that you continue to lift Bethany up in prayer. The prayers have already helped and comforted us so much during this insanely challenging process. Hopeful and faithful we remain that God has his arms wrapped around Bethany, comforting her pain and filling her with the same hope.
