Once Upon A Prom

At Once Upon A Prom, we are asking for your support as we provide free prom dresses to underresourced teen girls. For many, if not most of the students who walk through our giveaways doors, prom is only a dream. Financial hardship and personal, complicated lives make this rite of passage one that many--if not most-- of these teens will most likely miss. That is where we come in and where you come in as well. We feel fortunate to expand our bandwidth since the four BCC girls started this not-for-profit eight years ago. When we first opened our doors in 2010, we gave away 27 dresses. Fast forward to 2022, and it delights me to say that we now have a collection of over 2,500 dresses, and we have helped hundreds and hundreds of girls who might otherwise have not have been able to attend prom. We appreciate your support as we strive to make prom an inclusive event for all students.
