Bettina's Memorial

Hello everyone x

We are Isioma, Nkemdi and Chidinnma - the children of Bettina Lee-Thompson, neé Poetschick.

Our mum passed away suddenly on April 6th. Though she had been chronically ill for some time, it was a heartbreaking shock to all of us when she died from multiple organ failure and septic shock.

As cliché as it sounds, our mum was sunshine incarnate. She lit up any room and was always smiley toward any person she met. Her family, friends, neighbours, doctors, pharmacists, and even people she saw out and about would say she was an obnoxiously happy person, bringing light to all interactions.

As her death was unexpected, it has left her family in a position of unbelievable grief and with a need to fund the costs of her death.

We are therefore asking for any help to support us during this time. We would be truly grateful.
