Betty who is Liver Recipient

Hi, this is Sarah and Amber, the daughters of Betty. Around January this year, Betty's health took a turn for the worse the doctors advised she needed a liver to survive. She was called three times with potential livers and the third time was a go. On August 23rd, she underwent a liver transplant. She was in the hospital for 16 days. She has been doing well for such a major surgery. She has minor kidney issues and fluid on her liver, but nothing too alarming. Her husband, Rick has been by her side every day, taking excellent care of her. All the planning and preparation for this life event is not enough. The bills are piling up and need to be paid. Betty and Rick are not working, and although they have taken all steps with state paperwork, the funds are not coming in as expected. We are reaching out for any amount that can be donated will help until January when they can get back to work. Getting a liver to save her life is such a blessing. Now facing a mountain of debt during and after recovery is scary. We are trying everything to help this situation. Thank you everyone.
