Hello,
my name is Mohammed Almbasher, a Palestinian from the city of Khan Younis. I am 22 years old, a survivor of several wars on the Gaza Strip, but I'm not sure if I will survive this war as well. I am Currently displaced for the third time in the Mawasi area of Rafah, after my house was bombed and completely destroyed, and we lost our shelter. Me and 9 members of my family are all under bombardment, and death could visit us at any moment. I'm writing to you from the Mawasi area in Rafah, in the midst of the current war in Gaza. I reach out to you with both hope and despair, pleading for your help to leave Gaza with my family due to the harsh conditions we are living in here because of the war.

Our city is facing repeated attacks and widespread destruction, making life here impossible. We fear for our safety and the safety of our children every moment we remain in this hell. Therefore, we urgently request your help to leave.

We live in constant fear of explosives and suffer from severe shortages of food, water, and medical care due to the catastrophic conditions here. Additionally, 21 members of our family have been killed, some are still missing and buried under the rubble due to airstrikes and indiscriminate targeting of our city.

I used to work as an accountant in a commercial complex, but due to this war, the complex was destroyed, and I lost my job, leaving me unemployed. Not only did we lose our jobs, but we also lost our home, which was where I was born, raised, and planned my future in، and We lost my father's carpentry workshop, to which my father dedicated his life to build, and it was his sole source of income. Everything around us was destroyed in an instant, leaving us homeless and deprived of our livelihoods.Even our food has become unhealthy, lacking in fruits, all kinds of meats, and many types of vegetables. There is also a lack of clean water, forcing us to buy drinking water at very high prices. Additionally, my grandmother suffers from chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes, requiring numerous medications—18 types in total. However, only a few of these medications are available, and even when they are, they often don't meet her needs. She suffers greatly due to the scarcity of medications and the lack of healthy food.

My siblings, Haya and Qamar, are facing unimaginable difficulties. The sound of war has become a daily reality for them. Whenever they hear explosions, they freeze in place, engulfed in fear and anxiety. Their screams and tears echo, as they endure the psychological and emotional scars left by the ravages of war on their young souls.

Despite these difficult circumstances, we are a family of fighters. My parents dedicated themselves to raising us as successful, ambitious, and talented individuals. I graduated with honors in Accounting and Business Administration, my older brother graduated with a degree in Medical Secretariat, and my sister excelled in her studies, graduating with honors in basic education. Even my younger brother, in his first year of university, was pursuing a degree in Information Technology before the war disrupted his education.

My plan was to continue my education and enroll in a Master's program, specializing in Financial Technology. However, because of this brutal war, everything came to a halt. Time seemed to stop on October 7th, and I haven't been able to move forward since,The genocide has taken away many things from us in Gaza. That's why I'm requesting assistance to leave Gaza, live safely, and pursue my dreams of rebuilding my future.

Our only chance to escape this hell and provide a future for our family is to flee to Egypt and then seek refuge in Belgium, Canada, or the United States, known for their respect for human rights and welcoming stance towards those in need. However, this process is complex and requires resources we currently lack, hence why I'm reaching out to you today via GoFundMe to request assistance.

My plan is leave Gaza with my family after the genocide to start all over again, I want to make sure my family will be safe and settled, I will continue my studies while trying to save up to continue my dream that they took away from me.
To get out of Gaza it'll cost around $7000 per person, we're a family of 10 (3 sisters, 3 brothers and a father and a Mother, and Grandmother and an Aunt) so it'll be around $70.000. The rest of the money will go to a shelter to stay at, for basic human needs, clothes, for medical care and the important things because we lost everything that we had.
My Family includes:
My brothers:
