BGC St. Anthony Destroyed by Fire

We're starting this GoFundMe on behalf of BGC St.Anthony & Area (formerly Boys and Girls Club) and the Community Youth Network, a vital community space dedicated to supporting and empowering the youth of our region. Unfortunately, we are facing an unexpected and heartbreaking setback. Recently, our youth center was severely damaged in a fire, rendering it unsafe and uninhabitable. This loss has left us unable to provide our programs and services to the young people who rely on us.

For nearly 25 years, our center has served as a safe haven for local youth, offering educational support, mentorship, recreational activities, and a variety of community-building programs. We have seen firsthand how our services positively impact the lives of young people, providing them with the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive. This fire has not only disrupted these services but has also left our youth without a space that they have come to view as a second home.

We are now in the process of reopening our doors in some temporary format, until we have the money to rebuild, but we cannot do this alone. We are reaching out to individuals, organizations, and businesses like yours for support in this challenging time. Whether through financial donations, in-kind contributions, or volunteer efforts, your involvement will play a critical role in helping us restore this essential community resource.

Your support will directly impact the rebuilding of our center and the continuation of our programs.
