Fundraiser to help with my son's monthly bills

My son Wesley Carter was in a horrific accident on April 10, 2023, that totaled his car. He sustained injuries in the accident and will be okay. The biggest issue is that when he was trying to cope with the accident the police showed up at the scene and told him that there was a warrant for his arrest for probation violation. He couldn't understand what was going on. However, with the warrant, they had to take him into custody after he was treated at the hospital for his injuries. As it turned out it was an incorrect warrant, but explaining that to the powers that be is virtually impossible. Since the time he received probation, Wesley has changed. In November 2020 he started his own construction company called C-Squared which has numerous clients throughout the Atlanta area. His business was taking off when the accident happened. This ordeal has caused him to miss out on contracts. Along with owning his own company, he is also employed as a carpenter for a company in Atlanta. Up until April 10, 2023, Wesley has not missed a probation appointment, was on non-report, and was a productive citizen. In fact, his probation is scheduled to be over in November 2023. Anyway, the best way to resolve this is to hire an attorney to present his case to the judge. It was explained to me that since it is a probation revocation a judge is the only one that can dismiss the case. His court date is scheduled for June 5th. An attorney would be able to attempt to secure an earlier court date. Also, because he has been in jail since April 10, 2023, his bills have fallen behind. We are seeking help with his legal fees, rent, and utilities. His legal fees are $1,750 and his monthly housing costs total $1,541 including rent ($1,250), power ($93), water ($45), phone ($63), and internet ($90). ANY AMOUNT WILL HELP. I will keep you guys informed about his case including when he is finally released and when his monthly bills are caught up. Thank you so much.
UPDATE: At the time of this update Wesley has received $615 in donations. He told me to tell you that he really appreciates the care expressed. This is a community that cares and it shows.
