Lady Eagles Ice Hockey - 2022-2023

We are the friends of the Lady Eagles High School Ice Hockey Team and we need your help as we fundraise for the essentials of our program: Practice Ice, Safety Equipment, Hockey Uniforms, other costs associated with running a successful Varsity and Junior Varsity girls program. Last year the team broke records for total wins and made their deepest run into the playoffs…so far!

While the Lady Eagles Hockey program is relatively new, you can help us to grow, succeed, and bring pride to ourselves, our families and our schools by showing your support through a generous donation. (See more info about our program below)

When we meet our fundraising goal our combined program will stretch its reach to serve girls who love hockey and want to learn and play quality hockey at the Varsity and Junior Varsity levels at Mt Ararat, Lisbon, Oceanside, Boothbay, Morse, and Lincoln Academy High Schools. We know we can do it, but not without the help of our local residents and businesses supporters.

While the Lady Eagles Hockey program is relatively new, we’ve grown and succeeded in recent years under the leadership of coach Saxton, who retired from his post, along with incredible team-mom, Amy Saxton at the end of last season. But we are proud to continue the tradition and excited to announce two paid coaches to help guide our girls to even more success and development. Welcome long time volunteer and new Head Coach Dave Hunter (Varsity) and experienced college level player for USM Women’s Hockey and enthusiastic new coach to the program, Riley Kirk (Junior Varsity).
