Help save Chip!

I have had Chip since he was eight days old and I fed him with a bottle because his mom could not take care of him. Chip came down with a urethra blockage Monday and I rushed him to the animal hospital of Waterford, where they were able to cut part his pizzle and get a large stone out. they sent me home with medicine to dissolve any other stones that might be in his bladder. Everything was OK until this morning. When I noticed that chip was starting to strain again to urinate and only a little bit was coming out. The only way to fix this now is to get a tube cystsotomy to continuously drain the urine from his bladder and give the medicine time to dissolve the other stones. The total for the surgery is $3000. I am $1500 short please help me save him he is such a sweet boy and he is only a little over a year old. He has a lot of life left in him
