Mrs.Bharghavi's Blood Cancer Fund

I am Jagadeesh, software Engineer living in Bloomington/Normal, IL. How I related to Mrs. Bharghavi? Mrs. Bharghavi is my sister's childhood friend both live in India. I knew Mrs. Bharghavi is diagnosed blood cancer in 2010 and since then she had given treatment at St. John's hospital at Bangalore. They tried their best by giving lifesaving tablets to save her life and she was in my thoughts and prayers always. But the condition has worsened from January, 2015. Doctors suggested going for Stem Cell Transplantation which is the only option to save her life. Seeking their advice she was admitted in Narayana Hrudayalaya in Bangalore, India. She was given chemo and hospitalized for 34 days. The treatment costs was Rs.8,00,000 Indian rupees(approximately $12,300) Mrs. Bharghavi's husband is a private school teacher, as a private school teacher, he could not afford such a huge amount. But his friends helped with an amount of Rs.4,00,000 Indian rupees (approximately $6,150).Since 5 years her husband all together spent Rs.14,00,000 Indian Rupees(approximately $21,500) to save her wife and give mother to her 18 months daughter. Though they are going thru deep pain they never asked me help and they were able to get help back in INDIA. But two weeks ago my sister called me and explains Mrs. Bharghavi’s condition and asks me to do help her friend. I was speech less and helpless at that moment. After I hang up phone I realized and decided to help Mrs. Bharghavi’s family how much I can from here with your help.

            Here is what my sister explained in phone Mrs. Bharghavi’s present condition is serious with low Hb and BP due to improved cancer cells. She is admitted in CMC hospital, Vellore, Tamilnadu, India. She is admitted to undergo again chemo and Stem Cell Transplantation, which costs Rs.24,00,000 Indian rupees ( approximately $37,000) without any complications. If any complications occur during the treatment, the cost will go up. Her husband and friends raised Rs.5,00,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $7.700) Still they need Rs.19,00,000 ( approximately $29,300). I am putting their heart touching story in front of you. I am hoping together as ONE team, we can do something to this family. I put the Goal of $20,000. I am confident we can reach this goal with all your help and generous donations!

I know many of us have questions how this Money reaches to beneficiary; I am promising you from my bottom of heart all Money collected through this Campaign will send it to beneficiary. Initially it goes to my account since they do not have US Bank account. I will write a check and send it to beneficiary, I will share all transactions with you all once it happened.
