Water Aid

This is my 10th year running 10 miles for Water Aid . I never thought I could do this at age 66 and my osteopath said i couldnt!

But the funds are needed.Since 1981, Water Aid has one goal – to change the world through water. 703 million people in the world – almost one in ten – don’t have clean water close to home. 1.5 billion people – almost one in five – don’t have a decent toilet of their own. WaterAid works in partnership with millions of people across the world to change this for good. Funding is the cornerstone of our work at WaterAid. It enables us to plan for the future and respond to changing needs across the world. It gives us the impetus to start projects and then use this foundation to go on and raise more donations.
