Big Hill Staff Relief Fund

Friends and Neighbors of Big Hill,
These are strange times we're living through. But we are living through them and we're doing it together.
While a small revenue stream is coming in via carry out and delivery, we still need help supporting our staff, who depend on busy dine-in nights for a stable income.
Our staff is tiny but mighty. Many had several hospitality industry jobs that they depended on.
This campaign, with your help, will support our staff during this difficult time, allowing them to pay bills, pay rent, shop for groceries, and just plain survive in the coming weeks. All funds will be evenly distributed among them.
We've been deeply grateful for the show of support that the North Side community has given Big Hill in our first few years. There wasn't a week that went by that someone didn't come up to the bar or pull Manny (our fearless leader) aside and say "We are so happy you're here. We needed a place like this."
At the end of April, Big Hill will quietly celebrates two years of being a part of the North Side community and the larger community of Chicago restaurants. And when this is all over, we will celebrate those two years and the years to come with you!
But for now, let's take comfort where we are: alone together.
We know there are a lot of small businesses that need your help and we want you to support them too.
Donate what you can. This is going to be a group effort.
Stay safe and healthy. Be kind and patient.
