Robbie’s Army

Hi my name is Nicole. Robbie is my better half. We have been together for 10 years. We have a son together name Hunter. Robbie is a type 2 diabetic and has a lot of health issues on top of it too. Two weeks ago Robbie got really sick with an infection in the bottom of his foot and now he has a hole there that is really deep. He got admitted into the hospital and he is on morphine. It has entered into his blood stream and it’s not looking too good. So I’m putting together a gofundme account to help out with medical bills and bills for the house. As I am now trying to work and being a mom and being in and out of the hospital with him it’s causing financial difficulties. Thank you everyone God Bless. #BigJohn #RobbieStrong Update: Robbie has a EP-epidural abscess in his cervical spinal cord which has fluid pressing on his spinal cord.. They are going to go through his neck where the infection is in his C3 & C7 they’re gonna remove two vertebrates in his spinal and put spacers there & do what they call a washout on the spinal cord. He will have a drain in to help drain after the surgery said that it would be a long recovery and that this was a very dangerous procedure.

Update 2/23 Robbie went in too another surgery. This time they went ahead and took the leg right below the knee. He is still in a lot of pain they are trying to wing him off the Ventilator today. We still have another surgery to go there at the end of the month. Thank you y’all and keep those prayers coming.God Bless

Update 2/26- Robbie is still under a lot of meds that’s making him in and out of things. Thursday they are going to go in and clean out some more of the infection in the spinal cord. I’ll keep everyone updated. Thank you all. Prayers continue and God Bless everyone.

Update Thursday they had complications right before surgery. So, we had to reschedule the surgery for this morning. They started at 8:30 and he was out of surgery about 11:30. Everything went smoothly. The got the rest of the infection out and did a wash out and put the rod in. They are going to have him rest today and through the night. Then take the ventilator off sometime tomorrow. Thank you all Continue to keep praying they are working. We still have a long road of recovery.
