Hi there, at the end of the year I will be going BIG for Bottle.It. I will be running for 48 hours to raise funds and awareness for the Positive Mental Health movement - Bottle.It. There will be a event website featuring ways that you can participate, support and learn more about Bottle. It in the coming weeks. For now, whilst i'm stacking up the K's, please support this initiative any way you can, every donations helps.
The Why = Mental Health is something very close to my heart. Being a lifeguard at one of the busiest beaches in the world, Bondi, I have had to deal with worse case situations far too often.
I’m partnering with Bottle. It to raise money for their positive Mental Health program and the hard work done by their team to create positive approach to a normally dark area.
Bottle. It is in its foundation stages and all donations go directly to facilitating community events in which Positive Mental health moments are pursued, shared and enjoyed amongst the community. Bottle. It delivers valuable tools and education to ensure the community has a variety of ways to effectively process the build up of Negative Mental Health. Through highlighting the importance of movement, accountability and community, they look to draw as many people to the light, and away from the dark.

THE WHAT
On the 27th of December Biggsy will set out on a 48-hour mission to move. Tracking the Eastern Suburbs coastline between LaPa and Watsons Bay for the entire time.
Biggsy will move for more.
After experiencing firsthand the work of Bottle. It within the community. Biggsy has been moved to go Big to ensure the Positive Mental Health events continue throughout 2024. By aiming to raise $48,000 to launch Bottle. It into the community full time.

THE WHY
What's important for Bottle.It?
It's making people feel they belong, they have a purpose, and they have a reason.
We achieve the above statement by providing a message, a uniform, and a location.
The message is our socials, our podcasts, and our education delivered via corporate speaking and at events.
The uniform is our Floral, it’s our logo. It's these items that act as a conversation of hype, curiosity, and explanation by the individual within the community. Those in Floral, Those with the B, are in pursuit of positive mental health moments.
The location - This is our community events/activations held monthly. A way for those who embrace the floral to come together and meet more, learn more, and walk away knowing they're doing good.
Through swim, run/walk, ride, golf days, retreats, and Zoom calls. We will now be able to reach an audience effectively and at scale. We will be able to showcase that the pursuit of positivity is pursued by more humans than we ever knew. This showcase will become the path for others to
Chase the light, and not the dark.
