Hi, my name is Mike Bell, and I’m reaching out to you during an incredibly difficult time in my life. I was recently let go from my job at Cumulus Media while I’m on dialysis and awaiting a kidney transplant. As a result, I will lose my medical benefits, which are crucial for covering my ongoing dialysis treatments, medications, and other healthcare expenses.

In addition to the medical challenges, I will need to travel regularly to a transplant center in Atlanta, which adds another significant financial burden. The costs of transportation, accommodations, and meals for myself and my family are overwhelming, especially with the uncertainty of my situation.
