Bike racks and refurbish of flow trails

My name is Ethan and I’m

Currently a Life Scout. I’m doing my Eagle project at Allatoona Creek Park, where I ride. I’m building five permanent bike racks that are stationary in the ground. These will be placed in the parking lot, and entry to Mumbo Jumbo and Turtleback will be at the top of the flow trails.

For the wall run and the first jump on Madusa, I will be deflooring the old 2x6s and replacing them for a fresher, smoother ride.

This project is not funded by Cobb County but is needed. The original bike racks were old and fell apart, and the flow trails are getting there. The total estimated cost is $1,500. If you’re part of the biking community and use the trails as much as I do, your donation would go a long way to helping our community.
