Bilal, 20 years young boy liver has ruptured.

Hi, my name is Arif Iqbal and I am fund raising for Mr Bilal, a young man from Gilgit Baltistan currently admitted in Polyclinic hospital Rawalpindi. He is now in the process of shifting to Shifa International Hospital. Based on scan, his liver is studded with hemangiomas.

Dr. Abu Bakar Hafeez Bhatti (Consultant Liver Transplantation) in Shifa International is suggesting Bilal's immediate shift to Shifa Hospital which initially requires 2 million rupees.
