Bill Fleck’s Cancer Fight

Hi, my name is Angelina, one of two daughters of Bill Fleck, my Dad. He was recently diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma which has greatly affected the use of his entire left arm and hand. He was diagnosed at the oncologist here in NC after his swollen arm took him to an urgent trip to the ER. The PET scan was done, and a biopsy was conducted. We're lucky and so grateful to hear that the cancer is stationary and hasn't spread to any other parts of his body.

My Dad is the most selfless man I've ever met. He's been my constant supporter and teacher my entire life. He's the reason I am who I am today, and the reason I love the things I do. He's always ready to drop everything to help a friend in need and has done so much for the people he cares about. Bill is a subcontractor who works tirelessly every week, rain or shine, to put a roof over our heads and food on the table at all times. We've never had extra money, it's always been just enough to get by until the next Friday. Because he works for himself, he doesn't make enough to be eligible for health insurance or extra help. Now more than ever he needs treatments and expensive medication. I'm working constantly to find options and avenues for him to get any kind of help at all so that we can get past this and kick Cancer out!

I'm a disabled Marine Corps Veteran, and my Dad has been my biggest supporter from the moment I had my dream. He never goes anywhere without his "Proud Marine Dad" shirt on! Now it's my turn to be his biggest supporter in fighting for his life and our future as a family. If you can afford to help, it is greatly appreciated and is going to such a good cause.
