Bill Margold My DAD

For so many years Bill “Papa Bear” Margold gave himself to what he loved and believed in.  While doing so he touched many lives, and never sought to profit from it. Now is our chance to give back, and honor Bill, by helping offset his funeral costs.  If any funds remain after memorial costs, they will go towards an education fund for Bill's granddaughter.  From the early 70’s, when the business was underground, till now, when it fringes on mainstream, Bill put his mark on every aspect of the business.  He proudly wrote movie reviews for the LA Xpress where he somehow figured out how to include mentions of his beloved Detroit Lions and NY Yankees. In his early career he ran one of the major talent agencies and then turned his focus to non profits that gave back and helped the performers “his adopted kids”. The Free Speech Coalition, AIM and Protecting Adult Welfare (PAW) were among his contributions to his family of X.  Bill was a larger than life character that will live on with his many colorful stories.
