Bill payment to help my father in law with cancer

Hi everyone.  My father in law was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer.  He has not been able to work, cook, clean, nothing.  We try to go out there when we can, but with my husband's health issues I can't leave and go 2 hours away every week at this time.  I'm trying to raise money for his bills, water was shut off yesterday, and electric is next.  He has applied for disability but will have to wait, and in the meantime he will have nothing.  Trying to raise enough to turn them back on and pay some on them for future.
