Bill payments to cover those spent on fees

I shortly have to pay court fees to a man called Samuel Collingwood Smith due to me having to run a court case on my own with no legal help. Due to COVID-19 even usual legal support has been suspended. The fees were incurred as I have to rewrite some pleadings to meet certain legal procedural requirements. . For legal reasons I have to pay the fees myself rather than fundraising for the fees directly.

in order to meet the costs for those fees I will be unable to pay any household bills - including rent for the next month or so. I am on disability benefits and have recently suffered more medical issues. To be clear monies raised will pay bills and not the fees directly.
