Bill the Mailman

Bill has been our neighborhood mailman for as long as I’ve lived here(20 years) and is loved by everyone. Always has a smile, leaves packages and mail in your doorway if it’s raining. Brings a cookie with your mail during holidays. He’s beloved in our neighborhood. Bill had a melanoma taken off his skin about a year or so ago. The melanoma is now in his brain. Medical expenses for treatments and rides to appointments, and other life expenses will go well above what insurance will cover. I am hoping to raise $25,000 to help him cover what will be a lot of out of pocket costs so that he can retire from the post office and focus on his care. Bill has been suffering from seizures which will make it hard to drive. He’s given us so much. It’s time for us to give back.
