Billboards to raise awareness for the cost of living crisis

Canada has been in a housing crisis for over a decade. Starting in 2021; inflation, and lack of investment in increasing the housing supply and loosened regulations on immigration have heightened the cost of living crisis making it unaffordable even for those outside Toronto and Vancouver.

Cities like Calgary and Halifax are feeling the squeeze which will have serious consequences for everyone, especially younger Canadians, low-income folks, and even newcomers to Canada.

Lets make some noise and show Canada our frustration with our incompetent government by buying ad space in Toronto and maybe even the rest of Canada.

The message on these ads will be crafted by you, our community, and will be a mixture of cheeky, angry, or heartbreaking messages to grab peoples attention and let them know that Canada is in trouble.

We need a minimum of $7147 to buy 1 billboard and 1 bus ad for a 4 week run.

Anything over will buy additional ads in:

Ottawa, Vancouver, Montreal, Halifax, Hamilton, and Calgary.

The $7147 budget is as follows:

Every $750 over will add another bus poster or, if the community agrees, we can hold it to buy a billboard.

If the government will ignore us lets bring our message to the people and build a movement for change.
