Billie Gaines and baby Madelyn

Our team member Billie Gaines is in need of your prayers and support. She has been part of the Plaza Motors team since 2017 and is currently the accounting manager at our Land Rover store. Her granddaughter Madelyn Renee was born Nov 14th ,2022. On February 17th of 2023 Billie’s daughter woke to Madelyn being unresponsive and not breathing. They were able to revive Madelyn, but she has been in the hospital since that tragic day. It was determined she had a SID’s event that had deprived her of oxygen and caused some damage to the brain. She had been having seizures after the incident which took some time for the hospital to get under control. They have been able to stabilize her and are making arrangements to release Madelyn from the hospital and allow her to be cared for at home. This year has been devastating for the family in every way imaginable. Billie has been the sole provider for her family of five. Any help you can give will go to assist the family with purchasing medically equipment required to care for Madelyn and relieve the financial burdens they are facing during this very difficult and unknown journey that lies ahead.
