Help Asheville Recover from Hurricane Helene

Asheville, NC, has been devastatingly impacted by Hurricane Helene, leaving many people in need of food, water, and essential supplies. We, the Asheville Buffalo Bills Backers, are calling on our fellow Bills fans and the City of Good Neighbors to come together and help our community recover from this catastrophe.

I’m Bree Gordon, president of the Asheville Buffalo Bills Backers chapter, and I’m personally reaching out to Bills fans far and wide.

Here’s how you can contribute:

1. For AVL Bills Backers: If you want to support our chapter directly, include "For Backers" with your donation. These funds will be used to meet specific needs within our Backers community and help us make trips to gather supplies for our neighbors and neighbor's pets. This includes but is not limited to: gas & gas canisters, water & water canisters, hygiene products, pet food, medications, GLOW STICKS & GAMES (people are breaking down mentally so something like this will really lift their spirits!), etc. Any leftover funds, we will donate to BeLoved Asheville

2. General Donations: If you don’t specify, your donation will go directly to BeLoved Asheville, a confirmed LOCAL charity working tirelessly to provide food, water, and supplies to those hardest hit by the hurricane.

About BeLoved Asheville: "In the most dire time, we are there showing up to support the most vulnerable, those who suffered the greatest devastation. We brought food, water, diapers, formula, first aid, and hygiene supplies to multiple elder apartment buildings, nursing homes, public housing, complexes, mobile complexes, and impacted communities to Asheville, Black Mountain, Swannanoa, Fairview, Canton, Fletcher, Arden, Barnardsville, Celo, Burnsville, Spruce Pine, Riceville, and beyond."
