Hi Facebook family. My dad passed away Saturday afternoon and I am currently asking for donations to help cover funeral costs expected to take place this weekend. He didn't have any burial insurance to my families knowledge at this time. He chose to be cremated so the majority of the donations will go to the cost of that alone. The service/memorial is planned to be held this Saturday the 10th in Rising Star. Time and location TBA. The Owen family appreciates anything that can be given and we understand the hard times everyone is going through so your thoughts alone are always enough. If you don't like to use gofundme you can venmo or cashapp me anything you'd like to contribute. I've never made a gofundme, but I read there is a small fee with each donation to fund the service.
