Help Billy Get Her Vagina

Hey I'm Billy (she/her) and I was wondering if any of you sexy people could help me at all. For those who dont know, the waiting list for MTF Gender Reassignment surgery through the NHS is almost a decade long and I believe that waiting that long will be detrimental to my mental health as time goes on. For this reason, I have decided to go private.

This is the next big step for me in terms of my transition and I cannot describe how much it means to me.

I know that £21,000 is an extortionate amount of money that will take a long long while to accumulate but that would cover the entire cost of the surgery as well as aftercare. I will also be saving up and contributing whenever I can.

I am so so grateful for any donation at all as I know how hard it is to earn a living in this day and age.
