Bina’s Battle with Cancer

Hi, my name is Dhruv Chaudhari and I’m fundraising for my mom, Bina.

 

My mom was recently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. This was determined earlier in June after a trip to the emergency room in late May led to a biopsy. The results later came in and the tumor was confirmed as cancerous. After a full body MRI the cancer was determined as a Stage 4. On June 17th she had her first of six chemotherapy sessions. Currently my parents are in Florida where they deemed they’d receive better treatment and I won’t be able to see them for possibly months.

 

My goal is to surprise my parents by helping them as much as I can with medical bills. Knowing the cancer won’t go away, you can imagine the medical bills will stack up and become expensive, especially with my mom out of work. I want to help relieve some of the financial stress they will face with medical bills, doctor visits, chemotherapy treatments and the cost of living while they’re away from home. I just want my mom to be okay and to help her be back with the entire family.
