Please Help Birdy get Surgery!

Hi, my name is Hayley and I am fundraising for my sparkling light of a coworker, Crystal, and her beloved furry friend, Birdy!

Birdy, only two years young, has Elbow Dysplasia. This is a genetic defect that has caused her elbow bones to rub together causing bone flakes, unusual bone growth, the cartilage to harden, and arthritis.

The surgery that she needs in one arm (most likely both) will shave down the bone growth, and remove the bone fragments that are causing severe discomfort and inflammation.

This procedure has been quoted at a whopping $10,000. This is why we're here today fundraising for Crystal and Birdy, to try to help support her with this costly procedure.

We will also be throwing an evening of live music, snacks, and drinks this coming Saturday, July 22nd at Caffe Fantastico at 965 Kings Rd to support Crystal and Birdy! We will have some auction items and will be taking donations at this fun event, featuring three different local musicians.
