Birthday Boxes for the Hungry

For her 7th birthday this year, my daughter wanted to help our community and make kindness contagious. She put together  7 Birthday Boxes to donate to the Wheeling Township Food Pantry, with the help of many kind supporters. Maya's first donation was made on June 21. Upon hearing what a need there was for such boxes for kids and seniors alike, Maya kept working to create additional boxes for July and in August to bring even more smiles to people! She donated an additional 16 boxes on July 21. Please consider donating or sharing Maya's story to help make someone's birthday special for each remaining month of the year! All donations go to purchasing items for the boxes. The goal is 7 boxes for each  month. Maya fills cake boxes with cake mix and ingredients, frosting, toppings, candles, a dinner giftcard to a local restaurant and a Target giftcard for a gift or necessities. She would love to keep this project going and be able to donate a few boxes each month to help others celebrate their special day! Thank you for your support!
