Grace Henderson is turning 5 years old on October 17th! When asked how she wanted to celebrate? She requested her whole class be invited to her birthday party. Our little red-head didn’t want to pick and choose which friends to invite… She wanted to include everyone!
As a mother, I was worried that the cost of buying her a present, (which is customary,) would be a problem for some families…
I chatted with Grace and after some careful thinking she came to a big decision. She decided that having her friends attend her party was MORE IMPORTANT than receiving birthday presents! …and she had me put “No presents are needed” on her party invitations.
“What is your birthday wish?” I asked Grace. “What would you want if you could have anything?” …Her answer? She really wants to go to ballet and drama classes this year.
Ballet and Drama classes?!?!
So here it is… A Go Fund Me for the educational Birthday wish of a 5 year old child.
Her father and I could use some help if you are able… We couldn’t be prouder of our little girl Grace.
