Bite This Brick & Mortar

Born & raised in Lynchburg, VA. Owner, Annie Dickson is a self taught culinary junkie. Her passion stems from a childhood filled with flavorful memories cooking & baking alongside her Grandmothers. Bite This was born in the spring of 2022, almost by accident, as friends and family encouraged her to take her culinary adventures to the next level.

After taking the Columbus foodie community by storm, a successful year and a half in business at markets, multiple wholesale locations, partnerships, and a spot at Budd Dairy Food Hall, Bite This is ready to take the jump into a full scale brick & mortar operation so we can have a place to call our own.

With your support we will be able to jumpstart the process of purchasing a space, moving, renovating & buying necessary supplies and equipment so that we can start serving our community on a daily basis as quickly as possible. A location has already been secured in the Clintonville area, centrally located and perfect for our already existing clientele from the Farmers Markets and beyond.

We are truly grateful for the love and support Columbus has shown us. The rapid growth and goals that have been accomplished wouldn't be possible without our amazing customers.

A Note from the Owner:

Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart for believing in Bite This and pushing me to pursue bigger things. It is truly remarkable what can be done in such a short amount of time with hard work and a dream. I am truly honored that this community enjoys these quizzically creative and carefully curated ideas I pull out of my brain as much as I enjoy creating them. We are all very excited at the possibility of moving into our own dedicated space. This new chapter will open up so many opportunities for Bite This to grow, but above all I look forward to a better work/life balance. Being able to operate on my own hours, so that I can serve you, my customers, throughout the day but also be able to spend some much needed time at home with my family in the evenings who have so selflessly supported me and the many long hours I've spent away since starting this adventure.
