Against all odds, Sam grew into a vibrant and cherished individual, whose presence brought laughter and warmth to everyone around him.

Music, movies + sports were a profound part of his existence, as it brought him immense joy and a way to connect with those he loved. Family was central to Sam's life, and he shared a special bond with his parents, Rick and Theresa, and his two sisters, Makenna and Rachel. His loyal dog, Naomi, was his constant companion and a source of comfort.

A Heartfelt Goodbye:

Sadly, Sam's journey was marked by the challenges of his heart condition. Despite his strength and fighting spirit, his heart went into rejection, and he is no longer with us. His passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his spirit and legacy will continue to inspire and uplift us.
