Help Karen Beat Cancer

This is my wife of 29 years. Her name is Karen, mother of 3 sons, 28,26,22, aunt , great aunt, even great, great's.Fighting breast cancer since 12-6-18. She rang her bell for her last radiation therapy. on 4-1-19 and continued with her cancer medication till present. On Dec. 10th 2021 after cat scan, ultra sound, 3 mri's a pet scan and brain scan, we were told she has a metastatic encapsulated tumor {or lesion| on her pancreas that matches the previous breast cancer.Although her oncologist sent us to Iowa city hospital for a surgical consultation, 3 hours round trip, we were told that a metastatic breast cancer tumor in inoperable and any cancer oncologist would consider this common knowledge. we were devastated. we are desperately searching for a new oncologist. we will have to travel 3 hrs a day, 3 to 4 times a week not counting treatment time which means major loss of income. Karen pretty much hasn't worked since 2019 with her immune system low I wouldn't even think of exposing her to covid 19. we were vaccinated in March 2021 and were building our business back. Now this, I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help. words can't describe the fierce love I have for her. She is my reason for living. Anything can only help even if it's a dollar. Between travel, lodging, gas, food, and unseen medical and prescription coverage I know we won't make it on our own. I am trying to get her to MD Anderson hospital in Houston Texas It's the #1 rated Cancer Hospital in the country. But as you can imagine very expensive. Just a consultation is going to cost us 22,000.00 . My Karen's a fighter. She wants to live. This Hospital has ground breaking therapies like no other. Clinical trials we may qualify for. I don't want to loose the brightest light of my life. please help me if you can. May god bless each and every one. thank you
