Beth's fighting cancer!

Let me tell you about my friend Beth. She's amazing. She's a single Mom to Hannah, who has Downs Syndrome and Conner who's a teenager! One of her nicknames is Beth Leppard because of her love for the 80's Hairbands.  She has an infectious smile and hilarious sense of humor. Beth is also fighting breast cancer. 

Beth had surgery to remove one of her breasts, and then started chemotherapy. After her first session, she needed to have part of her intestines removed and was in the hospital for over a week. She was moved from monthly chemo to weekly chemo, to be easier on her body. Beth is a fighter!

She gets up everyday and gets her kids off to school, then she goes to work. She gets meals on the table, makes sure homework is done and makes sure that her kids are living a happy healthy life. All while fighting breast cancer.
