Whitt family

My sister, Melissa, her husband, Buddy Whitt, and their 10 year old daughter Olivia were in a bad car accident Saturday night.  Melissa was careflighted to John Peter Smith.  She is stable awaiting surgery for a broken left hip and right ankle.  Buddy was transported to Eastland Hospital where they put a boot on his fractured foot, but he immediatly left to go be with Melissa.  Our beautiful angel Olivia didn't survive the accident.  Melissa and Buddy will be upset with me for setting this up because they don't want help, but as you can imagine there will be a significant need.  Olivia was a beautiful, loving and giving child.  Buddy and Melissa have joked about how upset she would get if she couldn't put money in the Salvation Army bucket going in AND coming out of a store.  I believe allowing people the blessing of giving back to her family is a wonderful tribute to this special child.  Olivia's arrangements won't be made until Melissa get's released from the hospital.
