CHRISTMAS JUBILEE 2022 FUNDRAISER

Christmas in Haiti is a time for family and friends to come together, celebrate traditions, and enjoy festivities. The streets are a little busier, traditional dishes are making their way onto dinner tables, and Christmas lights and ornaments are being displayed on the streets, in businesses, and in peoples’ homes.

For children all over the world, Christmas is a time for hope. For many, it can also be a difficult time because they may not receive a gift or enjoy a Christmas dinner.

Womenful Voice wants to make sure that this Christmas is a magical time for children in Ouanaminthe, Haiti. We are proud to be hosting the 2nd Annual Christmas Jubilee to keep the Christmas dream alive and to continue to honor Haitian traditions during this time of the year.

Last year’s event was a success, with 100 local families in attendance. This year, we want to extend the cheer to even more children and invite 300 local families to participate in the festivities, impacting approximately 600 children.

The evening will be filled with music and games related to women’s empowerment, family activities, Christmas dinner, and a gift for every child in attendance that we hope will bring a smile to their face, letting them know that someone is thinking of them this holiday season.
