Black Bird's Dawn - Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Gael Palen and I am fundraising for my short film!

This piece is very special, not only since it's my first screenplay, but because it centers around my brother, Alex, who passed away ten years at the age of 12. He was a goofball who everyone loved, even though he was a little shit at times. I'm very excited to make this piece about him to honor his memory.

Today (July 25th, 2023) marks his 22nd birthday, so I wanted to post this as a present for him. A way to say "Look, little bro, I'm making a movie about you!" Alex, I love you with all my heart, so this one goes out for you!
