Black Woman trying to move out

Hiya! My name's Qia. I'm a black woman apart of the LGBTQ community and I'm raising funds to move out safely and securely as my partner and I are going to be needing a new place to live in 2 months. I have been unemployed since March due to COVID-19 and have not received one unemployment check even though I qualified for it. My partner has been collecting unemployment and I am expecting to be working within a month. I am at a loss, as I am in the midst of waiting for my new SSN card to begin work.
