Black trans masc top surgery

Going private is the only option really since NHS has taken so long to do anything and the dysphoria is crippling me 

I'm unsure on the 100% price but this is the estimate, I may have to increase if I need to see a psychologist to prove I'm trans enough for them

I may increase also if they need me to start T for an amount of time prior

There's not much clear from them until I can speak face to face with a surgeon but I have to pay for that also
