We are Black Sugar from San Francisco, CA and we make delicious drinks!
Our business has been greatly impacted by COVID-19. We are trying our best to be optimistic as our neighbors shutter their doors day by day. Since the pandemic started we have seen a lot of support from our fans but we were forced to change our store hours, cut schedules, and lay off some team members to stay afloat. We need your help to continue staying open to our community.
The donations we receive will not only help Black Sugar but it will also go to our local healthcare professionals. We started a campaign in March to do weekly boba drop-offs to local hospitals such as Kaiser Permanente and CPMC, with our first drop-off on 03/27. We wish to continue to ease the stress for those combating COVID-19.
The donations will be allocated to supporting Black Sugar to continue staying open during this time, the team, and providing drinks to healthcare professional. If you wish to donate to a specific cause please specify in your submission.
