We believe that Economic Empowerment is our right, and so we have created this group to become actionable in our belief’s. Black men and women can participate, contribute, and benefit from our sound policies, inclusive approach, and commitment to sustainable development. We believe in respect, dignity, and fair distribution of benefits! We ALL win!

Who we are:

- An investment group working to empower, educate, and strengthen our community by creating or re-taking economic power.

- We are uniting with like-minded people of color to support our own business growth and development.

- We are creating sound business ventures for us all to benefit.

- We are creating educational opportunities in investments and money management for a brighter future.

- We stand by sound returns on short and long-term investments.

- We believe in charity and donating time and resources to non-profit organizations.

Our values

There are 3 primary values that drives all that we do.

1. Ethics: We will be committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and principled performance. We do the right thing, in the right way, and hold ourselves accountable.

2. People: We strive to attract, develop, motivate, and retain the best team members from our group — and collaborate across businesses and functions to achieve our goals.

3. Unity: We place our culture at the center of everything we do. We want to exceed at creating economic power and building generational wealth for all who participates.

Our Mission

To promote group economics, financial literacy, eradicate dependency, and create generational wealth through group economics.

We aim to increase our economic resources and other opportunities, including investments, real estate and other income producing opportunities.

Our Goals

We want to become the largest BLACK OWNED Corporation, diversifying our interests in these areas:

• Cosmetology. After realizing the cultural spend in this industry and the minimal reinvestment in our community, we realize the need to become leaders in this segment.

• Real Estate. While working to gain economic control, we will invest in one of the most sustainable industries.

• Investments. We will make informed positive decisions in this segment that will be aim at producing lucrative returns for our investors.

• Corporate Citizenship. We will make positive contributions to our communities only, through philanthropy, creating economic opportunity, and promoting environmental sustainability.

• Shareholder value. We want to deliver long-term value for shareholders through a balanced business model, strong risk discipline, efficient execution, and a world-class team.

• Innovation. Through innovative group rational, industry-leading resources, and a willingness to test and learn, we will create lasting value for customers — and increased efficiency for our operations.
