On Sunday, April 19, 2020 Blake was out riding his bike when he was tragically hit and killed by a car. He was only 11 years old. His dad works on airplanes and his mom is a nurse at the same elementary school Blake attended. He also has an older brother, Will, who attends Wheeler High School (who he idolized and looked up to).

Blake was a ray of sunshine to anyone and everyone who knew him. He was finishing his fifth grade year at Eastvalley Elementary (he was a student in my class) and was excited about moving on to East Cobb Middle School next year.
He had a love and passion for baseball and spent most of his days at the baseball field. He loved to be outdoors playing.
Rest in peace sweet Blake. Fly high among the angels and enjoy playing baseball in heaven...
