Blake Norvell Norfleet

On December 26, 2023, Blake was taken from us way too early in a tragic shooting. He was shot several times and killed after a traffic stop went terribly wrong while he was living in South America. Blake was only 32 years old.

Blake was always learning and dedicated to putting his knowledge to good use by helping other veterans work thru the bureaucracy in order to receive their well-deserved VA/Disability benefits. He was extremely trustworthy and had no problem finding a place to lay his head. If he told you he’d do something, then rest assured he would find a way to complete the task. Blake lived his life and was not without his faults, but he was fearless in his pursuit of adventure and his travels.

We are aware that many may not be able to travel/attend his memorial service at this time of year due to inclement weather conditions. We totally understand and do not wish any inconvenience or hardship on anyone.

Remarks/Donations in lieu of flowers would ease the family's unexpected financial expenses at this painful time and any donation in any amount would be appreciated.

Blake’s memorial service will be held on 02/03/24 @ Calvary Temple of Praise in Sanford FL.
