Blake Rinckey "Ski Bum" Scholarship Fund

Hi my name is Debbie Rinckey. (Blake's mom)

Blake once told me that he wanted so much for everyone to experience the thrill of downhill skiing and back country skiing. He loved it so much, but knew that it can be expensive. He so wanted all to experience it and know how exhilarating and fun it was and how good it was for the soul. He loved being outdoors with his friends and or by himself just experiencing the fresh cool air. I hope now he is out on the slopes shredding as the sun sets every day. If you knew Blake, just even a little, you knew that he was a shining light in every thing he went after. He was a kind soul, hard worker and just all around a great guy. He will be missed and we hope you can carry on in his name and live life each day to it's full extent. As Blake would say - "You could die tomorrow, live today as such." We love and miss you so much Blake Rinckey!

With this funding we will help those who would like to experience skiing by providing gear, ski passes, lessons and or transportation if needed. The process for applying for these funds will come at a later date. Please donate if you can - I know this is what Blake would want! His adventurous spirit will live on through all those who knew him .
