NEW UPDATE 7/10/23

Has to be the best hashtag his family could come up with, yesterday I had a chance to see Gabe. I went into his room and said Gabe, I love you and the LORD sings over you. He began to shimmy his shoulders and sent off all the machines. His nurse wasn’t thrilled with me. Ha. His personality continues to shine!

Gabe IS POSITIVELY strong.

He has several more surgeries ahead of him.

The family continues to surround him with love but to also ask for privacy as they navigate through this journey.

The greatest need at the moment would be for the Medic blood drive that will take place tomorrow in Lenoir City at Food City. You will let them know it is for Gabe Manning.

The outpouring of LOVE and SUPPORT from Positively Gabe’s community is overwhelming.

Please know we appreciate those who’ve given, those who’ve helped to feed the family, those who’ve called, texted, offered to help and or share stories about how Gabe has positively affected your life, we love you! I don’t know if we will ever be able to thank each of you enough.

If you can, show love and give blood tomorrow!

UPDATE for our community of Gabe strong

Gabe is getting all the love and support that he needs, HE FEELS THE PRAYERS!

We CANNOT wait till he wakes up to show him how loved he is.

The best news I’ve received today during waiting for updates is Gabe was signing with Lisa and got frustrated and held his hands up to say stop. So his personality is still shining!

Praise the Lord for the kindness you have shown. So often we do not know our loved ones value till it’s too late, this is not that!

We are choosing to up the go fund me amount as we still do not know the full scope of all the injuries and surgeries ahead of the Manning Family.

Today, Gabe has done well with surgeries and it’s a step in the right direction per the surgeon.

Right now we are celebrating the small victories.

We are celebrating that Lisa will not have to worry for navigating financially for the upcoming days, weeks or even months.

We are astonished at your love for him BUT WE ALL KNOW GABE WOULD DO THE SAME. That is why it’s so easy to give with a generous and grateful heart.

The Lord continue to echo, give and it shall be given pressed down shaken together and overflowing shall MEN give into your bosom.

Again, I don’t think words can articulate the goodness and kindness shown in the last 24 hours.

As many of us know our local favorite UPS driver, yard keeper extraordinaire was in a terrible accident. Gabe was transported to UT for life threatening injuries. He has already beat the odds more than once in this day. Gabe has more surgeries to go.

Right now for the family’s privacy not all medical information is being released.

Gabe and Lisa will face insurmountable obstacles as he goes through the upcoming days.

This IS the moment where we BLESS and help those in need. Gabe is the primary provider for their family, we would love to help Lisa be by his side, the children to feel the love of our small town and walk out LUKE 6:38, shall MEN give into their bosoms
