Blessing Bench in Memory of #88 Christian Heady

Our dear friend, Ashley Allen, said goodbye to her youngest son, Christian, this fall. After a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, Big C was called home earlier than anyone could have imagined. Many of you followed Christian’s journey and know just how impactful his positive outlook was on everyone around him. From singing and dancing on TikTok to pranks with friends, the laughter, the tears, every moment was full of Jesus. He truly touched lives all over the world!

As Ashley & Brady continue their year of firsts without Christian, we want to wrap them in love and provide a place for them to remember Christian’s legacy. We are putting a Blessing Bench in Webb City for Christian’s family and friends. This bench will be red (Go WC Cardinals, Go Chiefs!) and it will be personalized. It will stand out, just like Christian did. It will provide rest to the weary. It will be a place to gather and enjoy the moments God has given us. It will be a place for his friends & teammates to take photos each year. While Christian may not be here on earth, he will forever be in our hearts and in the memories of the entire community.

Although Lori has already shared her vision about the bench with Ashley, the timing has not been right. We would like to surprise Ashley this weekend at our Arbonne Christmas Party with all of the funds raised to order the bench!! Just 60 people donating $25 each and we will hit our goal! The bench will be ordered as soon as funds are raised and it will be placed in the Webb City area, location TBA. Thank you for helping us love on our incredible sister-in-Christ and her family during the holiday season! ❤️
