Blessings for Bill Stinson in his ALS journey
Donation protected
In February 2022, Bill Stinson—a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, coach and friend— received the devastating diagnosis of ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. ALS affects the parts of the nervous system that control voluntary muscle movements and at this time there is no known cure. Bill has touched the lives of Arkansas City youth for many years as a teacher and coach and he most recently served as the men’s and women’s golf coach at Southwestern College in Winfield. Bill is a believer and is battling this terrible disease—and we are joining him and his family— including wife Shelly; daughters Heidi (Bryan) and Natalie (Tyler); their children and extended family—in this fight. Please consider offering a prayer for Bill’s healing and a donation to assist with the many medical and personal needs and accommodations that accompany a difficult ALS journey. Always looking for the sunshine on a cloudy day, Bill is hoping to be witness to the breakthrough that conquers ALS. Sincere thanks for your consideration as we join together to support Bill!
